Two Upper Pittsgrove residents face burglary charges after they were indicted by a Salem County grand jury last month, according to court documents.
Kevin V. Deschler, 40, and Amy L. Buck, 34, both of Dutch Row Road, face charges across three indictments related to several reported burglaries and attempted burglaries between May 5 and May 7.
Both were charged with burglary and theft in a break-in reported on Upper Neck Road, in Pittsgrove, on May 5. The pair allegedly entered the home and took property valued at more than $500, according to the indictment. Both charges are third-degree crimes, according to court records.
Two days later, Deschler allegedly broke into a home on Crows Pond Road, in Pittsgrove, authorities allege. He faces one count each of third-degree burglary and criminal attempt, and Buck faces one count of third-degree conspiracy for allegedly driving Deschler to the home, according to the second indictment.
Buck was also charged with another count of conspiracy in a third indictment that also charged Deschler with two counts of criminal attempt — one for alleged attempted burglary and one for alleged attempted theft.
Deschler and Buck are scheduled to appear in Salem County Superior Court for a pre-arraignment conference on Aug. 19.
